ARTIST BIO:
I am a printmaker, curator, advocate, scientist, and lover of nuance. My work addresses lived experiences with dynamic disability, documenting moments of joy, frustration, and absurdity. I am drawn to the nuance inherent to these disability experiences. Through artwork and conversation, I dream of a more understanding, empathetic, and accessible world. My work crosses disciplines as I seeks to understand how people process and respond to complex ideas. I have exhibited nationally and internationally, curated exhibitions, taught workshops, and advocated for access and inclusion. I am based in Omaha, NE, pursuing dual degrees at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I will graduate in May with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a minor in Art History. I find great satisfaction in the intersection of art, science, and the relentless pursuit of hope.
