MEET THE AUTHOR:
Heather Coen paintings have been recognized and published by every major art magazine
including, Art of the West, Plein Air Magazine, American Art Collector, Colored Pencil Magazine,
Southwest Art and others. She began her career by apprenticing to two major artists and then,
over the coming years, took classes and workshops to hone her skills.
Having been awarded “Master Signature Circle” from Paint America, “Signature” from Pastel Society of Colorado and Plein Air Artists Colorado, she intends to keep her options open.
Included in 24 local and national shows in the last 24 months, her resume includes many ribbons and awards.
