Reagan D. Pufall is an artist and educator living in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He teaches digital art and art history at Iowa Western Community College. He holds a BFA from Regis University and an MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute. Recently was awarded as an outstanding photographer and new media artist by the OEAA.
