ARTIST BIO:
Fiscus is a retired Council Bluffs, Iowa, native who is now devoting much of her time to her art. Fiscus is one of five studio artists at Pottawattamie Arts Culture Entertainment/Hoff Center in Council Bluffs. In addition to having studio works on display at PACE, Fiscus teaches acrylic painting to adults and/or teens at PACE. Fiscus has also been displayed in other galleries from time to time.
