Fiscus is a native of Iowa and lives in Southwest Iowa in the Omaha, Nebraska, metro area. In retirement, Fiscus devotes much of her time to painting and other artistic mediums. Active in the community, Fiscus enjoys philanthropy, devoting time to non-profit boards and fundraising, public speaking, travel, friends, and family.
